Kenzi – A Wish to Meet Mary Poppins

She wished to go to Disney World to meet Mary Poppins! | Kenzi | 3| Kidney transplant

Every year Porter’s grants a wish to a child through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
This year we supported Kenzi from Ammon. Three-year-old Kenzi is currently
recovering from a kidney transplant. She was diagnosed with a solitary right
dysplastic kidney when she was about nine days old and spent her rst two and
a half months in the hospital. She has returned to the hospital almost 30 times in
her young life. Kenzi enjoys riding her Minnie Mouse big wheel, running, playing
and trying to keep up with her brothers. Kenzi is always so positive and is
everyone’s best cheerleader. When she was on dialysis and couldn’t roam
around, she spent time reading and watching her favorite movies: Frozen, The
Pacifier and Mary Poppins.

Did you know nearly half the Wishes granted in Idaho are from Southeast Idaho – Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, etc. But, only 3-4% of the funding comes from that part of the state!
