JOB DESCRIPTION
Porter’s Office Products is an established and fast-growing company, searching for a Retail Sales/Customer Service Associate in our Rexburg area. Business hours are Monday through Friday—with no weekends! This position is perfect for someone who likes to work with the public and assist customers on the retail floor and over the phone. This is a great opportunity with a well-established company for someone who is a self-starter, energetic, and loves to bring great service to customers.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES
Answer incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company
Assists with complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
Use telephones to communicate with customers and verify order information
Resolves customer issues by offering solutions, explanations, and options
Inform customer of sales and promotions
Utilize computer technology to best assist customers
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned
Follow up with customers who leave reviews and coordinate manager responses to complaints
Assist Account Managers as assigned
OTHER JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicates well with other team members
Assists with other office duties as needed
